Many people immediately noticed that Cape Horn, judging by the direction and sequence of countries, was passing against the wind. But don't jump to conclusions. My plan was to walk through the Strait of Magellan, go out into the Pacific Ocean due to the weather, go around Cape Horn across the Drake Passage eastward on the wind, enter the Strait of Magellan again, and then continue north under the Chilean fjords. You could say make a little ring around Cape Horn. I plan to spend all four seasons in these fjords: moving upstairs with the cold weather and going back down to places I already like when it gets warmer to see the local beauty at different times of the year. If you open the map and zoom in to this region, you will immediately understand why almost a year has been allocated to this site.
